There are only two things to do in Hanoi. The first is to avoid being hit by motorbikes. The second is eating. Below is a small sample of the many dishes we ate during our 4 day stay in the city.

Banh Trang Nuong: Vietnamese grilled rice paper pizza with egg, meat, scallion, and chillis
Banh Cuon: rice paper rolls with minced meat and mint
Banh My: pate, cucumber, pickled vegtables, meat on a baguette
Che Thap Cam Loc Tai: fruit jellies, condensed milked, and shaved ice Fried Sesame Pastry
Pho Ga: rice noodle soup with chicken
Bun Cha: rice noodles with grilled pork
